Please fill in the enclosed registration form and return it via email with 50% of the total fees of the selected course.  As soon as your registration form and your payment have been received (the form is an acceptance of the general conditions governing Run Languages), you will be sent via email a confirmation letter with all the necessary information for your stay and a detailed invoice for it.


You must take out a personal travel insurance policy covering all the risks of your journey and stay in Reunion Island.
– If you are a citizen of a member state of the European Union, you must request the CEAM form from your insurance company for medical treatment.


– You must send us 50% of the total fees of the selected course with your registration form, preferably by Visa/MasterCard credit card, but bank transfer is accepted too. The balance of your invoice (50% left of the selected course but also the fees for the chosen accomodation and the excursions) must reach us approximately 6 weeks at the latest before the start of your stay and without a reminder from us. After the deadline date, we reserve the right to give your place to someone else.
– If you have to apply for a visa, the total cost of your stay will have to be sent along with your registration form so you can be officially invited to the course. In case the visa is not granted, you will be reimbursed the total cost of your stay, minus 200€ for administration fee, after proof of refusal from the French embassy received.
– Your payment must be made in euros and exempt from any bank charges.

In view of the time it may take for the payment to come through, we strongly recommend you send us by email a copy of the bank transfer order. Whatever the mode of payment chosen, please make sure the name of the student and registration number are clearly stated.

Bank Holidays
Classes do not take place on Bank holidays and they will not be reimbursed or compensated for except for individual lessons that will be made up during the stay.


Course changes
According to the number of participants or their language level, we are sometimes obliged to replace booked group courses by mini goups or one-on-one classes. These changes do not give way to any refund, but we will always do our best to come up with the best solution for both parts.
Changes to booking prior to your departure
For every change in booking taking place prior to your departure, we invoice a levy of a minimum 50€ and a maximum 200€. If you wish to amend the type of course or accommodation booked, reduce the length of your stay or postpone your stay, a fee of 200€ will be charged. If you wish to change your arrival or departure date, add a service to your reservation a fee of 50€ will be charged.


Changes to booking following your departure

Shortening the course originally booked is considered a cancellation and does not entitle you to a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are leaving prematurely, wish to change your accommodation option or would like to request any other change


A potential cancellation needs to reach us by email. If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to your departure, all payments and deposits will be returned except a cancellation fee of 300€ will be invoiced to you. If your cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to your departure, you will be charged the following fees of the total invoice:

-from 29 to 15 days prior to the departure: 50%
-from 14 to 1 days prior to the departure: 80%

From the first day of your stay or in the case of an early return, no refund will be granted. Be aware that accommodation cancellation is subject to the terms and conditions of cancellation of the various local service providers, and the cancellation fees can be different.
